Course Overview
This Health and Social Care Course is designed to provide students with an overview of the knowledge, skills, and understanding necessary to work in health and social care in today’s demanding environment.
The OCR Level 3 Cambridge Technical Extended Certificate in Health and Social Care is a two-year course that will give you the opportunity to gain an excellent introduction to a future career in this rewarding sector. You will study a range of modules covering topics such as equality, diversity, and rights, building positive relationships, and anatomy and physiology.
You will gain the necessary skills and knowledge to support your learning and either progress onto university or pursue an apprenticeship or employment in a variety of health, social and child care settings, whilst building transferable skills such as independent research and interpersonal skills.
